1. Overview

Digital Collectibles Marketplace is an open, non-custodial NFT marketplace that enables anyone to create, list, buy, and sell digital collectibles. The Platform is currently live on Polygon; support for Ethereum and BNB Chain may be added in future releases. Built on EVM-compatible smart contracts, trades settle on-chain.

The platform is operated by KANGAROO TRADE MARKETING LTD and is accessible in supported jurisdictions, subject to applicable restrictions, sanctions screening, and payment provider availability, at digitalcollectiblesmarketplace.com.

2. Mission & Vision

Our mission is to lower the barrier to NFT creation and make digital ownership accessible to everyone β€” not just crypto-native users. We provide a polished, consumer-grade experience while staying true to Web3 principles: user ownership, transparent on-chain history, and open standards.

6. Multi-Chain Support

The Platform is currently live on Polygon (MATIC). Ethereum and BNB Chain support may be added in future releases. Polygon is the default chain due to low gas fees and high throughput, making it suitable for NFT trading at scale.

7. Creator Economy

Creators set royalties (0–10%) at collection creation. Every secondary sale automatically routes royalties to the creator's wallet via the smart contract. The platform takes a 2.5% platform fee on completed trades.

Example: 1 MATIC sale
Seller receives 0.925 MATIC
Creator royalty (7.5%) 0.075 MATIC
Platform fee (2.5%) 0.025 MATIC

9. Security & Compliance

All smart contracts are verified on Polygonscan and Etherscan. The platform does not hold user funds β€” all trades are peer-to-peer on-chain. SIWE authentication ensures wallet ownership without storing private keys.

The platform complies with applicable regulations and maintains legal documents including Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and NFT Delivery Policy, available at digitalcollectiblesmarketplace.com/terms.
